Business identity and beneficial-owner information collected during KYB verification; transaction records for minting, redemption, transfers, and escrow; technical data from use of this site and the Atlas platform.
2. How we use information
To operate USDA accounts and escrow services, satisfy BSA/AML and sanctions obligations, prevent fraud, and improve the platform. We do not sell personal information.
3. Sharing
Information is shared with banking, custody, and verification partners as needed to provide the service, and with regulators and law enforcement where required by law.
4. On-chain data
Token transfers on Tempo are public by design. Wallet addresses are pseudonymous but may be linkable to account identity by Atlas and by third parties.
5. Retention and your rights
Records are retained as required by financial regulation. Contact details for privacy requests, and jurisdiction-specific rights, to be finalized by counsel.
