1. Issuer identification

USDA (Atlas Verified USD) is issued by [Atlas issuing entity], operating under [charter/license to be determined under the GENIUS Act federal or state-qualified pathway]. Entity details, registration numbers, and regulator contact information publish here at launch.

2. Not government-backed; not insured

USDA is not legal tender and is not issued, backed, or guaranteed by the United States government. Holdings are not FDIC- or SIPC-insured. The USDA ticker implies no affiliation with the US Department of Agriculture.

3. Reserve composition and reporting

Reserves are held 1:1 in GENIUS Act permitted assets. Monthly composition reports are examined by a registered public accounting firm and certified by the CEO and CFO; see the Transparency hub for the archive.

4. Redemption rights

Verified holders may redeem USDA 1:1 for US dollars per the published Redemption Policy. Fee schedule changes are posted 30 days in advance.
